The Fay Khoo Award for Food & Drink Writing honours the life and achievements of Fay Khoo, whom, in her short life, inspired countless people with her vibrant writing and love of food.  The aim of the Fay Khoo Award is to recognise new and talented voices, and to encourage and develop excellence in food and drink writing.
